Job summary

Remitly is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Conversational Experiences to own end-to-end product strategy for AI-powered chat flows and integrations, including ChatGPT and Claude. You will lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, marketing, risk, and operations to drive revenue, retention, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management building consumer digital products.
• Strong data and experimentation fluency including hypothesis development and A/B testing.
• Experience building AI-powered or conversational experiences with LLMs, agentic systems and dialog management.
• Strong customer intuition across markets and communities.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
• Excellent written and executive communication.
• Bias for action and rapid iteration in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Experience with multimodal interfaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and OKRs for conversational experiences and drive improvements in key metrics.
• Own and sequence the product roadmap across platform capabilities and multi-channel infra.
• Balance 10x opportunities with 0-to-1 experiences to unlock value.
• Define success metrics, experimentation frameworks, and telemetry to validate product-market fit.
• Build and optimize product-led growth funnels across acquisition to expansion.
• Develop understanding of immigrant customers' jobs-to-be-done through research and analytics.
• Own go-to-market strategy in partnership with Marketing, Growth, and Customer Success.
• Collaborate with regional teams to tailor experiences across local communities.
• Represent the product with senior leadership and drive best practices for AI-powered experiences.
