Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design memory architectures, data fabrics, and multi-agent systems for enterprise use. You will lead a team of AI Architects delivering scalable AI solutions and instruct on advanced memory design patterns and context management.

You will mentor the Knowledge/Data team, collaborate across AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure, and contribute to IP filings and industry conferences while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI-native development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, Go, Rust, Java; understanding AI native design principles.
• Knowledge of model fine-tuning and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic chunking with search.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking against agent and human evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across multiple systems.
• Lead AI-native design process and drive agent design requirements.
• Assess emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams for practical outcomes.
• Support business development activities and present at academic conferences.
