Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in STEM fields.
• 10+ years software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native tools and code assist.
• Proficient in scripting and modern languages.
• Understanding of model fine-tuning and context management.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native platforms.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Benchmark and test architectures against evaluations.
• Create reusable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Drive AI-native design requirements across teams.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra experts.
• Support business development for emerging tech.
• Present at conferences and assist IP development.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring within Knowledge/Data teams.
• Lead experts in building Knowledge and data systems for Knowledge AI.
