Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects, shaping context systems, RAG strategies, and multi-agent memory patterns across distributed environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, mentoring, and collaboration with AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in EE/CS/Math.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools.
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, Go, Rust, Java.
• Understand AI Native design process and context management.
• CI/CD and modern code-hosting experience (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-agent memory architectures replicated across AI-native systems.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic chunking.
• Benchmark architectures against agent and human evaluations.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Lead design requirements and implement through AI Native design process.
• Assess emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and assist IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team.
• Lead specialists in building Knowledge and data systems for Knowledge AI.
