Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise-scale AI. You will lead a team of AI Architects, define memory patterns, and drive integration across systems.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools like Cursor/Claude Code.
• Proficiency in Python and system scripting, plus Go/Java.
• Understanding of model fine-tuning and context management (RAG, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps and Nvidia NVAIE/Azure AI stacks.
• Strong communication and leadership in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designed systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against agent and human evals.
• Design replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across multiple systems.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement through AI Native design process.
• Assess emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals through research.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure experts to ensure practical outcomes.
• Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team.
• Lead a group of experts building Knowledge and data systems for Knowledge AI.
