Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to steer a team of domain experts in designing and implementing Agent Control for scalable AI systems. You will own architecture across identity, authentication, telemetry, and environments, guiding post-training customization, and federated learning strategies.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in electrical engineering, CS, or math.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and secrets management.
• Proficient with AI-native tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI-Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic methods of identity and auth.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and modern code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent environments.
• Architect agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Create post-training and tuning environments for agents.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evaluations.
• Build comprehensive AI agent control frameworks.
• Lead design processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Evaluate emergent authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at conferences and contribute to IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team of experts to build universal agentic control harnesses.
