Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. The role focuses on agent identity, authentication, state management, and security across enterprise systems, with post-training environments and federated learning.

You will drive architecture for synthesis models, test performance, and collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams to ensure practical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and secrets management.
• Experience with AI native software development tools/code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting and programming languages (Python, Bash, TS, Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding AI Native design processes and cryptographic identity/auth methods.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multi-agent architectures.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and customization environments.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against agent/human evals.
• Lead development of universal agentic control frameworks.
• Collaborate across AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams.
• Support strategic business development and IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team of experts in building scalable control harnesses.
