Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing AI Agent Control. You will shape scalable agent control frameworks, drive architecture for identity and authentication, and oversee tuning environments.

This role blends hands-on development with strategic leadership, in a hybrid client-facing setting. The ideal candidate has a advanced degree and 10+ years in software and AI, with experience in multi-agent systems and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native toolsets (code assist) and modern IDEs/CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI Agent control harnesses and multiagent systems.
• Lead architecture for agent identity, authentication, and authorization at scale.
• Oversee post-training/tuning environments and policy-driven agent design.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams to deliver balanced solutions.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
