Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. You will oversee post-training environments, federated learning, and agent personas, driving scalable AI solutions across enterprise systems.

The role requires 10+ years in software engineering and AI, expertise in multi-agent architectures, and strong collaboration with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in one of the specified fields.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Experience with AI native development tools and code assistance.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent setups.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking against evals.
• Lead and mentor a team of experts in universal agentic control harnesses.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support strategic tech development and IP filings.
