Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control across enterprise systems. You will shape architectures, tooling, and post-training environments to enable scalable, secure, and observable agentic solutions.

The role demands deep experience with multi-agent control, identity/authentication, observability, and frontier-model innovation, with hands-on development and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
Experience with AI native software development tools / code assist (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript, etc.) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java, etc.).
Understand AI Native design process and principles.
Experience with cryptographic methods of identity and auth.
Experience with modern IDEs, CI/CD pipelines and collaboration tools (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Microsoft Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent platforms and tooling.
Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale systems.
Design post-training and tuning environments for AI agents.
Develop synthesis models for open-source AI models.
Prototype and benchmark architectures against agent and human evals.
Create comprehensive AI agent control frameworks.
Lead AI-native design processes and align cross-functional teams.
Research emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier models.
Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
Support business development and contribute to IP filings.
Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
Lead a team of experts to build universal agentic control harnesses.
