Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to head a team of domain experts in designing AI Agent Control. You will drive architectures for agent identity, authentication, and post-training environments, and lead the development of universal agentic control harnesses.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant technical field is required.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native software development tools and code assistants.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, TypeScript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and identity/auth mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent setups.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against eval metrics.
• Lead the development of comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams.
• Support strategic business development and IP initiatives.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
