Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing AI Agent Control and scalable AI solutions. You will architect identity, authentication, and post-training environments for large-scale multi-agent systems and collaborate across AI, Security, Data and Infra teams.

The role demands hands-on development, leadership, and ongoing engagement with emerging architectures while contributing to IP filings and industry conferences.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiar with AI native software development tools / code assist.
• Proficient in scripting and software languages.
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic methods of identity and auth.
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design of control harness intelligence systems including multiagent systems and scaffolding.
• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large scale systems.
• Design of post training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design of synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance.
• Design comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI Native design process.
• Research emerging authorization architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech as required.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team of experts in building universal agentic control harnesses.
