Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing AI Agent Control. You will shape architectures for agent identity, authentication, and post-training environments, driving open research and practical outcomes.

You will work cross-functionally across AI, Security, Data and Infra, mentoring engineers and delivering scalable AI solutions in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• We require an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and secrets management.
• Proficiency with AI native development tools and code assist tools.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Knowledge of AI native design processes and identity/auth methods.
• Experience with modern IDEs, CI/CD, and code hosting platforms.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent environments.
• Architect agent identity authentication for large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments and synthesis models.
• Implement architectures and benchmark against evals.
• Lead a team of experts in universal agentic control harnesses.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for outcomes.
