Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a shared AI services platform supporting multiple product lines. You will shape how advanced AI capabilities translate into practical, secure, and scalable experiences for finance and accounting users.

This highly visible role partners with engineering, architecture, security, and compliance to deliver measurable business impact, owning strategy, roadmap, and governance for AI products in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills.
• 8+ years in product management.
• Experience shipping large language model applications to production.
• Technical fluency in agentic architectures and related patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol or similar interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI services roadmap, defining strategy and quarterly priorities.
• Specify multi-step agent behavior and translate business problems into agent designs.
• Drive tool and connector strategy, including data exposure and access controls.
• Establish AI quality as a product discipline through evaluation frameworks.
• Enable product teams by providing integration paths and adoption guidance.
• Partner with engineering on design reviews and technical trade-offs.
• Measure and communicate outcomes to senior leadership.
• Manage AI risk and trust in collaboration with security and compliance teams.
