Ladders is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager (Agent Platform) to shape the strategy and execution of an AI-enabled platform for discovering, adopting, and deploying agentic capabilities with confidence. You will oversee the builder journey from pilot to production, ensuring governance, scalability, and measurable business outcomes.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Security and Compliance while defining onboarding, release discipline, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Senior experience in Product Management, especially with platforms or developer tooling.
• Strong understanding of applied generative AI and agentic systems.
• Proven track record in driving platform adoption and actionable documentation.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise governance and security controls.
• Hands-on technical skills to configure systems and work with APIs.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager (Agent Platform) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape the strategy and execution of an AI-enabled platform that helps teams discover, adopt, and deploy agentic capabilities with confidence. You will guide the builder journey end to end, from early pilot engagement through production use, while ensuring the platform is practical, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes. The position requires close partnership with Security, Compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to embed governance, release discipline, and measurable value into the platform experience.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,300 – $154,100 annually
