Ladders is seeking a Principal Security Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for security capabilities that support engineering teams while meeting regulatory and audit expectations. This role partners with security engineers and Information Security leadership to turn risk and compliance needs into practical, scalable products.

You will drive adoption of security tools that fit into developer workflows, deliver measurable business impact, and shape an AI-powered security platform

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of product management experience, including 3 years in security or platform products.
• Proven track record managing complex technical products from vision to improvement.
• Experience translating regulatory needs into product requirements with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with vulnerability mgmt, application security, and automation.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security capabilities based on user needs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with security engineers to translate pain points into clear product requirements and MVP scopes.
• Drive adoption of security products integrated into engineering workflows with measurable metrics.
• Shape an AI-powered security platform covering reviews, continuous testing, and risk scoring.
• Incorporate regulatory and audit requirements into product design for ongoing compliance.
• Communicate strategy and measurable outcomes to Information Security leadership and stakeholders.
