Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three+ years of direct insurance sales or account management.
• Comfort presenting solutions to individuals and business owners.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from contact to policy issuance.
• Foundational knowledge of risk assessment and underwriting principles.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and digital lead tracking.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients throughout Washington, Pennsylvania to understand their protection needs.
• Provide clear, jargon-free explanations of insurance products so clients feel confident in their coverage.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring periodic reviews and proactive policy updates.
• Collaborate with underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for clients.
• Mentor junior team members on effective communication and local networking strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and policy adjustments in our internal database.
