Identify and engage potential clients throughout Washington, Pennsylvania to understand their protection needs.
Provide clear, jargon-free explanations of complex insurance products so clients feel confident in their coverage.
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring each receives periodic reviews and proactive policy updates.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our clients.
Mentor junior team members on effective communication and local networking strategies.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and policy adjustments within our internal database.
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
Strong comfort level with presenting solutions to individuals and business owners.
Demonstrated history of managing a full sales cycle from initial contact to policy issuance.
Foundational knowledge of risk assessment and insurance underwriting principles.
Competency in using agency management systems and digital lead tracking tools.
