Job summary

The Atlantic District in Gloucester, VA is seeking a Lead Agent who will guide daily operations, lead our sales strategy, and build lasting relationships with local communities. You’ll mentor teammates and help families protect what matters most with integrity and care.

Responsibilities include developing outreach to local businesses, analyzing market trends, and delivering outstanding client service. Virginia P&C license and at least three years of insurance sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty license.
• Minimum of three years of professional sales experience within the insurance sector.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
• Strong comfort with digital policy management systems and office tools.

Requirements
