The Atlantic District in Lemont Furnace, PA is seeking an Elite Agent to become the face of the agency, developing relationships with local businesses and families. You will design bespoke protections and actively engage with the community to grow a trusted local presence.

Responsibilities include reviewing portfolios, explaining complex policy details in plain language, and coordinating with underwriting for competitive pricing while maintaining high standards. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Minimum three years in consultative sales or relationship management.
• Strong public speaking and lead generation skills.
• Proficiency with standard office suites and agency systems.
• Ability to manage a calendar independently and prioritize tasks.
• Local market knowledge and insurance sector experience valued.
