BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a Specialist in Water Damage - Advanced to lead field teams in drying and repair across residential and large commercial sites. The role demands expertise in humidity control, electrical needs, and coordinating multiple crews to meet project timelines.

The ideal candidate has IICRC ASD and S500/S520 knowledge, strong customer service, and a proven ability to read plans and document progress under pressure. Travel, nights, and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard.
• Working knowledge of IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard.
• Current IICRC ASD designation.
• Mastery of BELFOR Water Damage procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to read plans and perform moisture mapping.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams in PPE usage and safety.
• Review project needs and document progress.
• Provide field documentation, photos, and sketches.
• Draw humidity content records and determine drying objectives.
• Calculate humidity load and building volume for large losses.
• Assess electrical consumption and temporary power needs.
• Inspect vehicle safety and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with BELFOR standards and safety training.
• Travel nights and weekends as required.
