Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an Advanced Water Damage Specialist to lead and coordinate drying operations for residential and commercial properties. The role requires hands-on supervision of multiple crews, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include moisture mapping, plan reading, and energy calculations. Occasional travel, night shifts, and weekend work are required. Strong English, IICRC credentials, and customer service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard.
• Proficient in IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard.
• Must carry IICRC ASD designation.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Document project progress and report to managers.
• Create moisture maps and humidity records.
• Read plans/floor plans and determine drying objectives.
• Calculate humidity load and electrical consumption of drying equipment.
• Ensure vehicle safety and equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to BELFOR standards and safety training.
