Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an Advanced Water Damage Specialist to lead drying operations for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The role manages equipment, plans and coordinates teams, and ensures safety and adherence to BELFOR standards.

Occasional night/weekend work and travel may be required. Applicants should possess IICRC S500/S520 knowledge, ASD designation or equivalent, and strong field reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage standards.
• Knowledge of IICRC S520 Mold Remediation standards.
• ASD designation (IICRC) required or demonstrated mastery of BELFOR Water Damage Book.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Document progress and report challenges to managers.
• Provide field documentation including photos, charts and sketches for projects.
