Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a Specialist in Water Damage - Advanced to lead drying and repair across residential, commercial, industrial projects. You will supervise field teams, review project needs, and ensure safety and quality on complex losses.

The role requires knowledge of IICRC standards, moisture mapping, and handling of electrical and HVAC integration. You may travel, work nights or weekends, and keep precise field records and reports.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard.
• Working knowledge of IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard.
• Carry current IICRC ASD designation.
• Proficiency with meters and IR camera for moisture assessment.
• Understanding of air mover calculations, LGR dehumidification, electrical power specs.
• Experience with CAT/large loss remediation and containment.
• English language literacy and fluency.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise teams in water damage projects.
• Review project requirements and document progress.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts and sketches.
• Perform humidity measurements and determine drying objectives.
• Monitor electrical consumption and temporary power needs.
• Maintain BELFOR safety standards and professional conduct.
• Travel and work nights/weekends as required.
