Job summary

You will collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and marketing, attend regular reviews, and drive data-driven decisions. This hybrid on-site role requires 2 days per week in the office with remote work the rest.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years in account management, sales, support, operations, or administration.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer-focused service by delivering value to McKesson’s strategic partners.
• Serve as primary liaison across departments to enhance results.
• Organize and lead regular customer meetings and report status of supply agreements.
• Monitor commitments and provide reports on volume, mix, and rebates.
• Reduce operating costs by improving internal processes and promoting self-help tools.
• Lead data-driven conversations with customers and internal partners.
• Understand Customer Agreements and ensure compliance through audits.
• Collaborate with sales to fulfill commitments and drive engagement.
• Prepare quarterly and yearly business reviews with sales and marketing.
• Direct implementation of McKesson products and services.
