Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare.
• 3-4 years' experience in healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Absence and Leave Case Management department and provide supervisory oversight of 3-9 team members.
• Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews of staff.
• Assist with budget development and financial analysis to support department goals.
• Ensure compliance with Ohio BWC regulations; complete renewals and annual reports as needed.
• Track injury trends and costs and provide reporting to Occupational/Environmental/Safety and Risk teams.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy training and compliance regarding transfer of personal health information.
