Job summary

TriHealth in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Supervisor of Absence and Leave Case Management to lead daily operations and 3-9 team members. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare
• 3-4 years' experience Healthcare Field

Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day operations of the Absence and Leave Case Management department and provides managerial oversight.
• Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and supervision of the case management team including but not limited to: Performance reviews, hiring, terminations, and all decisions with matter of importance as they pertain to staffing of the department.
• Development and oversight of ergonomics program.
• Provides input to and assists in the development of budget preparation, financial analysis, development of action plans for programs to remain fiscally sound and provide growth and contribution to organization.
• Collaborate with Employee Health and HR Service Center and Leave Team Leaders as needed to ensure team members and managers receive excellent service and that is reflected in satisfaction surveys.
• Ensures compliance with all Ohio BWC regulations and completes all renewal applications and annual reports of paid compensation.
• Track injury trends and costs and provide meaningful information/reports to Occupational/Environmental/Safety and Risk departments.
• Play an active role in the implementation of Safety Initiatives. Track WC and LOA cases and review processes and procedures for areas of improvement.
• Maintain Training and compliance with HIPAA privacy requirements regarding the transfer of personal health information in any form as it pertains.
