Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Manager, LOA and Accommodations in the United States to lead and develop the leave of absence and workplace accommodations function within a growing, multistate organization.

The role combines program development, regulatory compliance, complex case management, and employee support, coordinating with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Benefits teams to design scalable processes and optimize HR systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in leave of absence management and workplace accommodations.
• Deep knowledge of FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, PWFA, and multi-state leave laws; California leave laws preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end leave of absence function design and improvement.
• Oversee full leave lifecycle from intake to return-to-work coordination.
• Manage ADA interactive process for accommodations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, PWFA and multi-state laws.
• Lead and develop Leave of Absence Specialist team.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and HR Partners.
