Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years combined E9-1-1 and non-emergency call handling.
• Experience dispatching fire, medical, and law enforcement responders.
• Ability to type at least 35 wpm.
• Willing to work non-business hours, weekends, and holidays.
• 24/7 operations with overtime compensation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise communications center operators and dispatchers on shift.
