Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with CAM programming experience or 6 years of experience with CAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize high-efficiency CNC programs for multi-axis setups cutting nickel-based superalloys.
• Use Vericut to validate code and optimize toolpaths in a virtual environment.
• Develop adaptive probing routines and closed-loop machining processes.
• Integrate new multi-million-dollar machines and establish machining standards.
• Mentor peers on the shop floor and troubleshoot complex setups.
• Support and train operators during new/rebuilt machine startups.
