Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for the 2nd shift to design, verify, and optimize complex multi-axis programs for high-temperature superalloys on large machines.

You will work with Siemens NX-CAM and Vericut, developing adaptive probing routines and CLM-enabled processes to ensure first-piece quality on the shop floor. The role requires strong experience with 5-axis machining, nickel-based superalloys, and multi-machine tool environments, plus the ability to mentor operators

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 years of graphical CAM programming experience (or High School + 6 years).
• Experience creating 5-axis CNC programs using NX / CAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize high-efficiency CNC programs for complex multi-axis setups.
• Use Vericut to validate toolpaths in a virtual environment before shop floor execution.
• Provide CNC programming and troubleshooting support to the shop floor daily.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, cost and delivery.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and floor teams to commission new multi-million-dollar machines.
