Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Richmond, VA is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will lead team leads and hourly production staff to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include developing daily standard work, driving continuous improvement, maintaining the production schedule, coordinating with supply chain, and ensuring accurate timekeeping in ADP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership position (team lead, supervisor, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Two years’ experience with 5S, Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leads and hourly production staff; ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain production schedule and drive on-time output.
• Develop, audit daily standard work and improvements.
• Coordinate with supply chain, quality, and shipping to meet targets.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping in ADP and proper safety practices.
