Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
Two years of 5S, Lean/Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office applications; strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to team leaders and hourly production staff; maintain safe work environment.
Develop and audit daily standard work and production schedule.
Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Maintain inventory control for raw materials; coordinate with supply chain.
Ensure timely response to operational issues and maintain quality standards.
Enforce company policies and build positive morale; assist in recruiting.
Capture data on productivity and analyze root causes of variances.
