Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leads and hourly production staff; ensure a safe, on-time production.
• Develop, implement, and audit daily standard work; drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain production schedule and inventory control for raw materials.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and shipping to meet targets.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies; document training and skills.
• Support HR in interviewing and staffing; maintain accurate timekeeping (ADP).
