MMS Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager for an affordable 128-unit residential property in Louisville, KY. The role oversees operations, budgets, and staff to ensure high performance and compliance with government housing programs.

Join our team to drive operational success, rent collection, and resident relations while coordinating with regional management for strategic initiatives and improvements.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of residential multifamily property management or real estate management experience.
• Minimum two years of affordable housing experience.
• Experience with Section 8 voucher submission, LIHTC knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and financial performance.
• Manage and develop on-site staff for high performance.
• Rent collection and resident account oversight.
• Coordinate maintenance and preventive upkeep to preserve affordable housing.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and capital improvement plans.
• Perform property inspections and enforce standards.
