Job summary

MMS Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at a 128-unit residential property in Louisville, KY. Under the direction of the Property Manager, you will assist with overall property management and leasing support.

Requirements include at least one year in property management, a high school diploma, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in RealPage OneSite or similar software and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of performing duties in the Property Manager's absence.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall management of residential properties.
• Show units and screen applicants.
• Certify residents' income.
• Assist in rent collection and receipts preparation.
• Prepare notices and assist with legal proceedings.
• Maintain records of rental rates for comparable units.
• Assist in annual inspections and work orders.
• Greet residents and manage correspondence.
