Job summary

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a 112-unit affordable housing community in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee operations, budgeting, and staff to ensure high performance and resident satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in residential multifamily management, LIHTC knowledge, and proficiency with RealPage OneSite and MS Office. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities in a high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of residential multifamily property management experience, with at least two years in affordable housing.
• Associate degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
• Experience with project-based Section 8, LIHTC, and voucher submissions is highly desirable.
• LIHTC Certification preferred.
• Proficiency with RealPage OneSite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure financial performance.
• Collect rents and manage resident accounts and charges.
• Address resident concerns professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance on preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and capital planning.
• Hire, train, and supervise site staff for high performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Verify income to determine eligibility under government programs.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
