DJ's Landscape Management in Kalamazoo, MI is hiring a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise and perform landscaping tasks for our commercial clients. You will lead a hands-on crew, manage equipment, and ensure safety and quality in the field.

Requirements include 1 year of landscaping experience, a Chauffeur's license (or ability to obtain one), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Lawn Maintenance Team Members are responsible for performing landscaping maintenance tasks for our commercial clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, landscaping, and other similar tasks.Crew Leadersin this department are responsible forpreparing and driving company equipment, directing, and developing their crews to ensure quality work is performed, caring for equipment, and ensuring safety. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this is a hands-on position which allows you to take full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional landscaping experience working in the green industry and/or supervisory experience is preferred for Crew Leader position
• Requires a Chauffeur's license (or the ability to obtain one) and a smart phone.
