DJ's Landscape Management is hiring for a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader in Muskegon, MI. This hands-on leadership role requires guiding crews, operating equipment, and delivering quality landscaping work for commercial clients.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of landscaping experience with supervisory skills. A Chauffeur's license or ability to obtain one is required, along with a mobile phone and strong teamwork orientation.

Lawn Maintenance Team Members are responsible for performing landscaping maintenance tasks for our commercial clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, landscaping, and other similar tasks.Crew Leadersin this department are responsible forpreparing and driving company equipment, directing, and developing their crews to ensure quality work is performed, caring for equipment, and ensuring safety. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this is a hands‑on position which allows you to take full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional landscaping experience working in the green industry and/or supervisory experience is preferred for Crew Leader position
• Requires a Chauffeur's license (or the ability to obtain one) and a smart phone.
