DJ’s Landscape Management in Wixom, MI seeks a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to guide on-site teams and manage day-to-day field work, including equipment operation and safety oversight.

The role combines hands-on landscape tasks with leadership responsibilities, offering opportunities for advancement and training within a drug-free, equal-opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the green industry or supervisory roles.
• Requires a Chauffeur's license (or ability to obtain one) and a smartphone.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Desire to work with a team to achieve goals.
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods.
• Able to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to prepare and operate company equipment and ensure quality work.
• Direct and develop crews to maintain landscaping tasks including mulch installation, pruning, bed edging, perennial care, weeding, and spraying.

Position: Landscape MaintenanceCrew Leader Location: Wixom, MI Job Id: 3289 # of Openings: 1 Landscape MaintenanceCrew Leader Landscaping Maintenance Team Members perform a wide range of landscape-related tasks which build into several different career paths within the Landscaping Industry. These tasks include mulch installation, pruning, bed edging, perennial care, weeding, & spraying. Crew Leaders are responsible for preparing and driving company equipment, directing, and developing their crews to ensure quality work is performed, caring for equipment, and ensuring safety. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this is a hands‑on position which allows you to take full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field.
