DJ's Landscape is hiring a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member in Romulus, MI. You will perform landscaping maintenance for our commercial clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, and related tasks.

This is a full-time, year-round role with growth potential into a Crew Leader position. We offer training, competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, snow pay in winter, health benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required for Crew Member position; training provided.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals.
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping maintenance tasks for commercial clients (mowing, edging, trimming, landscaping).
• In the Crew Member role, develop skills to advance to Crew Leader.

Lawn Maintenance Team Members are responsible for performing landscaping maintenance tasks for our commercial clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, landscaping, and other similar tasks. In theCrew Memberrole, you will be in the field developing the skills necessary to advance to a Crew Leader position. These are full-time, year-round career opportunities that transition into snow removal tasks in the winter.
