Lawn Doctor is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to lawn care customers. You will answer phones, quote prices, sell Lawn Doctor services over the phone, maintain customer data, and process paperwork.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel; training will be provided on our software. Prior lawn care experience is helpful but not required.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Self-starter, goal-oriented and reliable.

Responsabilités

• Takes inbound calls from customers and potential customers.
• Makes outbound calls to follow up on estimates and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sells Lawn Doctor services over the phone and quotes prices.
• Maintains customer data records.
• Processes paperwork from sales and service team members.
