Job summary

Holland & Hart LLP seeks a Law Student Recruiting Coordinator to manage logistics for OCI, direct-applicant processing, and the summer associate program across all firm offices. You will coordinate interview schedules, prepare materials, and maintain candidate communications to ensure a smooth, professional experience.

Responsibilities include on-campus and job fair support, reference checks as needed, and data entry with recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience.
• Two years of recruiting experience preferred, in a professional services setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with recruiting platforms such as FloRecruit, Symplicity, viRecruit.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OCI logistics, bid lists, and interview schedules using recruitment platforms.
• Maintain relationships with law schools and manage candidate communications.
• Arrange interviewer materials, registration lists, and event support for campus events.
• Support summer program logistics including orientation and on-site events.
• Handle data entry, applicant tracking, and reporting across offices.
