Job summary

McAngus Goudelock & Courie LLC is seeking a Law Student Recruiting & Operations Coordinator to join our Talent & Inclusion team. This role coordinates OCI programs, candidate communications, interviews, events, and recruiting operations, delivering a professional candidate experience.

Working closely with the Talent & Inclusion Manager and law school partners, you will manage candidate pipelines, scheduling, on-campus interview logistics, and onboarding for summer associates and entry-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or related administrative role preferred.
• Experience coordinating events, interviews, scheduling, or recruiting operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support law student, summer associate, and entry-level attorney recruiting initiatives.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, candidate communications, interview logistics, and operations.
• Maintain recruiting records, reporting, and candidate tracking with accuracy.
• Serve as a professional contact for candidates, law schools, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage On-Campus Interview program logistics and relationships with law schools.
