Holland & Hart is seeking a Lateral Recruiting Coordinator to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for lateral attorneys, partners, and selected staff across offices. You will coordinate interview logistics, support onboarding, and partner with search firms to build strong candidate pipelines.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, confidentiality, and cross-office collaboration with a hybrid work schedule. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of directly-related experience/education required.
• Two (2) years of recruiting experience required. Experience within a law firm, law school, legal services industry, or professional services industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Experience with Microsoft Copilot and other AI platforms preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the firm, including practice group leadership.
• Independent, flexible thinker able to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end interview experience for lateral candidates, coordinating schedules with practice group leadership.
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, evaluation, and reference checks; compile feedback and summaries for hiring decisions.
• Support relationships with external recruiters; manage day-to-day pipeline communication.
• Draft and send offer letters; ensure terms comply with firm processes.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Assist with onboarding logistics and integration into practice groups.
