• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, flexible thinker with adaptability.
• Experience coordinating programs across multiple offices.
• Familiarity with FloRecruit, viRecruit, viDesktop, UKG.

Aufgaben

• Sourcing, screening, and compiling feedback for lateral candidates.
• Coordinate interview plans and candidate schedules with partners.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and search firms.
• Manage onboarding logistics and data entry for hires.
• Draft offers and support compliance with firm processes.
• Prepare evaluation summaries for recruitment leadership.
