Job summary

Holland & Hart LLP is seeking a Law Student Recruiting Coordinator to manage logistics for OCI, direct-applicant processes, and summer programs across office locations. You will coordinate interview logistics, track evaluations, and maintain candidate communications throughout the recruiting cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of directly-related experience/education required.
• Two (2) years of recruiting experience required; law firm experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; AI tools preferred.
• Event planning experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support OCI logistics, including bid list prep and schedule building.
• Coordinate relationships with law schools and career services offices.
• Prepare interviewer packets and registration materials for events.
• Assist with on-site and off-site recruiting events and job fairs.
• Conduct resume review and respond to candidate inquiries.
• Manage communications and evaluations for candidates and hiring partners.
• Support summer program logistics, orientation, and stipend administration.
• Ensure data accuracy and recruiting metrics across offices.
