Job summary

Holland & Hart LLP in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Law Student Recruiting Coordinator to manage logistics for OCI, direct-applicant processes, and the summer program across offices. You will handle scheduling, candidate communications, event logistics, and data entry to ensure smooth operations.

In this role, you will support interview coordination, campus events, and program administration, while maintaining strong relationships with law schools and candidate teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of directly-related experience/education required.
• Two (2) years of recruiting experience required. Experience within a law firm, law school, legal services industry, or professional services industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Experience with Microsoft Copilot and other AI platforms preferred.
• Event planning experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Independent thinker with the ability to be flexible and manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, particularly regarding interview scheduling.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Quickly responds and adapts to time-sensitive scheduling changes and urgent attorney or candidate requests.
• Experience coordinating programs across multiple office locations a plus.
• Preferred experience with FloRecruit, Symplicity, viRecruit, viDesktop, and/or UKG systems; adaptable to learn other databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist with OCI logistics and schedule building using platforms like Symplicity and FloRecruit.
• Maintain relationships with law schools and career services offices through daily correspondence.
• Coordinate interview materials and on-site logistics for campus interviews and receptions.
• Prepare interviewer packets, nametags, guest lists, and registration materials for events.
• Assist with logistics for job fairs, networking events, and employer expos.
