Job summary

McAngus Goudelock & Courie is seeking a Law Student Recruiting & Operations Coordinator to join the Talent & Inclusion team. This role coordinates OCI, candidate communications, interviews, events, and recruiting operations to deliver a professional candidate experience and support the firm's future attorney talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with 1-3 years in recruiting or HR administration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
1–3 years in recruiting or HR admin preferred.
Experience coordinating events, interviews, scheduling, or recruiting operations preferred.
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the firm's law student, summer associate, and entry-level attorney recruiting initiatives.
Coordinate recruiting activities, candidate communications, interview logistics, and recruiting operations to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain recruiting records, reporting, and candidate tracking systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates, law schools, attorneys, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting process.
