Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking a Technical Trainer to own and improve new-hire technology orientation across all offices. You will build and deliver training on core firm systems, including desktop applications, financial platforms, phone systems, and practice-group tools.

You will design full training programs end-to-end—from needs assessment to curricula and materials (guides, manuals, videos, e-learning content)—and partner with leaders to tailor learning solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a training role, ideally in a law firm setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with sharp attention to detail.
• Proven ability to assess training needs and design effective, responsive solutions, paired with enthusiasm for driving change.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve new-hire technology orientation across all offices.
• Build and deliver training on core firm systems—desktop apps, financial platforms, phone systems, and practice-group tools.
• Design end-to-end training programs: assess needs, build curricula and materials (guides, manuals, videos, e-learning content).
• Partner with department and practice group leaders to identify gaps and tailor learning solutions.
• Collaborate with IT to support and troubleshoot attorney/staff technology issues, offering hands-on help in person or remotely as needed.
